Attach a File
Send your menu, catalog or brochure with every booking.
What it's for
Guests often ask for the menu, the price list or the catalog before they arrive. Instead of sending it by hand each time, add it once and it goes out with every booking.
On WhatsApp, a direct link to a .pdf file arrives as a document guests open right in the chat. A Google Drive or Dropbox share link arrives as a link they can tap. The same file also appears in your booking emails and on your booking page.
How to reach & use it

Open Confirmation
On your dashboard, open Confirmation and tap Edit messages. The file is section 5, Attach a file (menu, catalog, brochure).

Paste your link
Switch it on and paste the link into Direct PDF link. A link that ends in .pdf, on your website for example, is sent as a document. A Google Drive or Dropbox share link is sent as a link.

Name it
Under File name, write what guests will see, such as Dinner menu or Price list (up to 40 characters). Without a name it shows as Menu.

Check the preview and save
The preview shows the message as a guest will get it, with your file. Save, and every new confirmation includes it.
Limits & good to know
infoThe file is a link, not an upload. Keep the PDF somewhere anyone can open without signing in: your website, or a Drive or Dropbox file shared with anyone who has the link.
infoOne file per business. To send a newer version, replace the file behind the link or paste a new link.
infoOnly a direct .pdf link arrives as a WhatsApp document. Any other link arrives as a link to tap.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an app to open it?
No. A PDF opens in the phone's own viewer, and a link opens in the browser.
Where else do guests see it?
In their booking emails and on your booking page, under the file name you chose.
How do I stop sending it?
Switch Attach a file off in Confirmation. Your link is kept for when you switch it back on.
