Your Own Booking Tags

Add the tags only your place needs.

What it's for

Every planner type comes with 6 built-in tags. But your place has its own details: a veranda, a garden, a quiet corner, a child seat, a sea view. Add up to 5 tags of your own, each with a name and an icon, and they sit right next to the built-in ones.

Your staff mark them on any booking. Switch a tag to Online and guests can pick it on your booking page too. Their picks show on the booking, on their Summary screen, and in your WhatsApp and email booking alerts.

How to reach & use it

Open Preferences

On your dashboard, open Preferences and scroll to Your own tags. The 6 built-in tags are shown at the top for reference.

Add a tag

Tap Add a tag and pick an icon. The first group is suggested for your type of business, or search every icon by name. Then type the name, up to 20 characters.

Offer it online

Switch Online on for each tag guests may pick on your booking page. Leave it off for tags only your staff should use.

Use it

Tags save as you go. Your staff now see them on every booking, and a booking with a tag shows the ! mark on the board.

Limits & good to know

Up to 5 tags of your own per business, each up to 20 characters.

A tag is a request, not a promise. The booking still follows your approval settings.

Can guests pick my tags?

Yes, the ones you switch to Online. They appear with the built-in tags on your booking page.

Where do I see what a guest picked?

On the booking itself, with the ! mark on the board, and in your WhatsApp and email booking alerts.

Can I choose any icon?

Yes. The picker suggests icons for your type of business, and you can search thousands more by name.
