What it's for
Your opening hours say when you are open. They do not always say when you want new guests to arrive. A bar open until 2am may be happy to serve until closing, but not to seat a new table of six at 1:30.
Last online booking sets the latest START time a guest can pick on your online booking page. Your opening hours stay exactly as they are, so your listing still shows the hours you are really open.
Only online bookings are limited. Your team can still add a booking by hand at any time you are open, for the regular who calls at midnight.

Will my opening hours change?
No. Your hours stay exactly as you set them and your listing keeps showing them. Only the times offered online stop earlier.
We close at 2am. Can guests book until 1am?
Yes. Set Last online booking to 01:00. Because 01:00 is earlier than your opening time, it counts as that night, not the next morning of the same day.
Can my staff still book later?
Yes. The limit applies only to your online booking page and the AI booking assistant. Your team can add a booking by hand any time you are open.
