Take reservations straight from Google Search and Maps.

What it's for

Most people looking for somewhere to eat tonight start on Google, not on your website. Reserve with Google puts a Book button on your Search and Maps listing, so the person who just found you can reserve a table without ever leaving Google.

The availability they see is your real availability — the same calendar your staff work from. A booking made on Google arrives on your mainboard like any other, with the same confirmation messages and the same reminders.

We are an official Reserve with Google partner, and it is included in your subscription: no commission, no per-booking fee.

How to reach & use it

1
Open the Reserve with Google panel
On your mainboard, tap the Reserve with Google strip below the deck, or find the block on the dashboard.
2
Complete the three checks
Google needs an address with a real map pin, a phone number with its country code, and online booking switched on. The panel lists them and each one links straight to the setting that fixes it.
3
You are listed
Once all three are green the switch turns itself on and your venue goes into the next feed. If you would rather not appear, turn it off — the choice sticks.
4
Wait for Google to verify
Google matches your details against your Google Maps listing, so they have to agree. Allow up to 48 hours from the feed going out for the Book button to appear.

Limits & good to know

Available for restaurants and other venues that seat guests by table. Other venue types are not eligible yet.
Your business name, address, map pin and phone must match your Google Maps listing — Google rejects a listing whose details disagree.
The integration is in beta while Google completes its review of our feed.
Enabling shares your business name, address, phone and booking link with Google so they can show the Book button.
Turn it off at any time and you drop out of the next feed; Google removes the button on their own schedule.
Google decides where and whether the button appears — being in the feed is not a guarantee of placement.

Frequently asked questions

Does Google take a commission on these bookings?

No. Reserve with Google is included in your subscription — there is no commission and no per-booking fee. A booking from Google costs you exactly what a booking from your own page costs.

Do bookings from Google look different on my mainboard?

No. They arrive like any other online booking, on the same board, with the same confirmations and reminders.

How long until my Book button shows up?

Allow up to 48 hours after your details go out in a feed. Google verifies them against your Maps listing first, so make sure the address and phone match exactly.
